Pricing questions
Can I use Geovoya without paying?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and doesn’t need an account: one phone, fixed locations, two-stop routes at 45 mph, 3 saved routes, place search and keyboard shortcuts.
How do I upgrade?
Choose monthly or yearly and click Get Pro. Sign in with an email link if you haven’t already, then pay on the secure Stripe checkout page. Sign in to the same account in the app and Pro turns on within a few seconds.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. The final amount, including any tax that applies where you live, is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn’t for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Billing in your account and choose Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data on each computer stays where it is. Cloud sync can still download your data for 30 days after Pro ends, and you can download or delete your cloud data from your account whenever you like.
How many computers and phones does Pro cover?
One Pro account can be signed in on up to three computers, and each computer can simulate on up to three phones at once.
Is Geovoya still open source?
Yes. The desktop app is GPL-3.0-or-later. Pro pays for the hosted account and sync service and for continued development.
