Refund policy
Last updated:
These are plain-language terms written by the operator of Geovoya. They are not legal advice, and they don’t take away any refund or cancellation right the law gives you where you live.
14 days, no questions asked
If Geovoya Pro isn’t what you hoped for, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t have to explain why, and we won’t try to talk you out of it.
This applies to your first Pro purchase, monthly or yearly, one per customer.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from — or mentioning — the email address on your Geovoya account, so we can find the right payment. That’s the whole process. There’s no form.
We reply to refund requests within a couple of business days.
How long it takes
We issue the refund through Stripe as soon as we’ve confirmed it. It goes back to the card you paid with and usually appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We can’t send a refund anywhere other than the original payment method.
What happens to your Pro access
- Pro ends immediately when the refund is issued, and your account moves to the free plan.
- The data on your computers stays put. Geovoya keeps working on the free plan with the places and routes already saved on each computer.
- Your cloud data is kept, not wiped. It stays in Geovoya Cloud under the ordinary retention and deletion policy, so nothing disappears while you decide. You can download it or delete it yourself at any time from Cloud data.
Renewals
Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — open Billing in your account and choose Manage billing. Cancelling before your renewal date means you’re never charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If a renewal catches you by surprise: email us within 48 hours of the charge and we’ll refund that renewal on request. After 48 hours we don’t normally refund a renewal, because you can cancel any time and we send a receipt for every payment.
When we say no
We turn down refunds where the policy is being abused — for example repeat buy-and-refund cycles, chargebacks raised without contacting us first, or accounts refunded after being used in ways the acceptable use section forbids. This is the only case where we say no, and we’ll tell you why.
